Greenview-Thorncliffe community, until it was divided in 1991. The area now consists of the separate neighborhoods of Greeview, Thorncliffe, and North
Haven and has a population of around 2,000 people.
Greenview, Calgary is bounded by 64th Avenue N to the north, Deerfoot Trail to the east, McKnight Boulevard and Edmonton Trail to the south, and 14th
Street W to the west. Greenview is located on the eastward sloping land that’s east of Centre Street. The neighborhood also has some industrial land,

Groups that make use of the community hall include Girl Guides, Boy Scouts, Timeout for Parents and Tots, and Tai Chi. Activities organized at the
centre include dances, parties, and craft fairs. Weekly bingo is held at the hall in order to raise money for these events and activities.
