of approximately 8,175 people, who have a median household income of $109,463. The Hamptons is located on a slightly rolling upland plateau.
Because of its elevation, the neighborhood is exposed to more wind than other areas of the city and offers amazing views of the Rockies in the distance.
Hamptons, Calgary is bounded by Stoney Trail to the north, Shaganappi Trail to the east, Country Hill Boulevard to the south, and Sarcee Trail to the
west. The Hamptons is close to Highway 1A and other major roads, so it offers quick access to other parts of the city.

in the Hamptons.
The Hamptons School, which is located within the neighborhood, serves K-3 students. Students can then move onto Captain John Palliser Elementary,
which serves grades 4-6. Older schoolchildren can attend private and separate schools in neighboring communities.
The homes in Hamptons, Calgary are built around the Country Club of the Hamptons and its 18-hole golf course. As such, residents of the Hamptons
enjoy lovely views. There are also several shopping venues near the Hamptons, including Country Hills Village, which contains superstores, restaurants,
banks, and more, and the Crowfoot Town Centre, a major retail area.
Parks and Recreation
The golf course at the Country Club of the Hamptons is scenic and offers a challenging game for players of all skill levels. Pro golfers like Annika

the community include an Olympic size hockey rink with heated, sheltered bleachers and an adjacent kiddie rink, as well as a sports field with soccer

Unlike other communities in Calgary, the Hamptons has a homeowner’s association that is also its community association. The association collects fees
from residents in order to maintain public spaces and community resources. The association also organizes a variety of recreational activities and special
events, such as an annual community cleanup and a Stampede breakfast.
