Activities that the Huntington hills Community Association offers for residents include floor hockey, gymnastics, figure skating, basketball, karate, and
yoga. Special events organized by the Huntington Hills Community Association on an annual basis include a Stampede Breakfast, performances by local
musicians, silent auctions, and craft fairs.
Parks near Huntington Hills, Calgary include Nose Hill Park and Confluence Park, both of which offer ample recreational opportunities. Additional
recreational facilities in the area include ice arenas, an indoor pool, and the Calgary Winter Club, which features aquatics, badminton, bowling, curling,
and fitness facilities.
There are several public and separate schools in Huntington Hills, Calgary. The neighborhood is served by Alex Munro Elementary, Sir John A MacDonald
Junior High, and John G. Diefenbaker High School.
