all community members. Popular programs include public skating, Teen Swim, and Jelly Bean dances. In the community centre, there’s a main hall and
sports & event lounge that are available for rent.
In Lynnwood, Calgary, there are always fun, exciting events going on that are appropriate for family members of all ages. Special events that are held in
the community on annual basis include Winterfest, Community Days, and Canada Day celebrations. There’s also a two-day casino held each year in July,
August, or September.
There is plenty of open space in the Lynnwood, Calgary area, especially in the neighboring Bow River Valley. In addition, there’s an outdoor pool in the
community, as well as an ice arena for skating and hockey. Other recreational amenities that are accessible to Lynnwood residents include the Bow River
