Silver Springs, Calgary is bounded by Crowchild Trail to the north, Sarcee Trail to the east, Bow River to the south, and Nose Hill Drive to the west. The
Silver Springs Golf Course is located in the eastern part of the community. To the south of the community is the Bowmont Natural Area.

Springs, is a par 72 golf course that was designed by Dick Phelps. The golf course features a clubhouse and boasts wildlife viewing opportunities and
abundant natural beauty.
Silver Springs, Calgary has an active community centre that features two skating rinks and outdoor pools. Classes offered at the community centre
include yoga, meditation, fitness, and painting. The community centre also hosts a preschool, afterschool care program, and Plus 55 Club for seniors.
Members of the Plus 55 Club meet on a regular basis to play cards and socialize. Sports programs offered to residents of Silver Springs include soccer,
softball, and baseball.
